Alun Jones

Sales Manager


Alun worked as a Dycem Contamination Control Specialist promoting Dycem’s niche range of contamination control products to our customers in the UK and Netherlands for 2 years, before transferring to Dycem’s USA office. Today Alun is responsible for running of the USA sales team, working with customers across a diverse range of industries to control contaminants in cleanroom and controlled environments. Alun is also responsible for third part management, and works closely with Dycem’s partners and distributors in specialist markets. He graduated with a BA hons in Geography from the University of the West of England in 2006. When not at work Alun tries to keep up with the rugby and football results from the UK, whilst trying to get to grips with the intricacies of the NFL!

Katlyn Babb

Contamination Control Support Manager


Katelyn joined the Dycem team in July of 2011, as a Contamination Control Support Representative. Shortly thereafter, her job function was expanded to include Assistant to the National Sales Manager. As the Contamination Control Support Representative for North and South America, Katelyn works directly to support sales team locally and remotely. Possessing vast knowledge of all products offered by Dycem, she serves as the in-house liaison between the sales force and the clients they serve. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor course of study in Elementary Education from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.

Alex Morse

Contamination Control Specialist

With over three years of experience at Dycem, Alex uses a consultative sales approach, seeking to understand the unique needs and challenges facing clients in the various markets Dycem serves, and then uses his knowledge of the industry to recommend solutions tailored to best meet their specific needs. Alex began his career with Dycem in 2010, initially focusing on inside sales. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted into an outside sales position, covering New England and Canada. In 2012, Alex relocated to Chicago, IL in order to manage the large Midwest region, and expand upon the success he had within his previous region. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Rhode Island.

Maribel Navarro

Dycem Specialising in the implementation of integrated contamination control systems for critical environment protection such as cleanrooms, biomedical, laboratories, food processing, manufacturing and a host of other uses under the following industries: Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Biotechnology, Data Centres, Electronics, Food, Hospital, Medical Device, Nanotechnology others. One of the primary responsibilities of a Contamination Control specialist is to conduct assessments and surveys to identify areas of possible sources of contamination encountered during fabrication, assembly, test and transportation of products. In addition reviewing regulations, practices and procedures for particle detection and to recommend changes in traffic protocol to support improvement. The control of the viable or biologically active particulate is of critical importance in preventing active contamination entering the controlled areas or causing cross-contamination between working areas. Our projects aim to help customers to keep a low level of environmental pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol, metal and other particles in their production areas; implementing polymeric compound flooring and wall systems. We provide continued orientations in our visits about how critical and important is to follow good preventive practices and standards for contamination control in the manufacturing operations.

Bill holds a BSME from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind., and a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. He has an accomplished career with over 12 years’ experience as a Contamination Control Specialist for cleanrooms and contamination control consumable products. Bill is recognized and acclaimed as an International Cleanroom Expert with over 20 years’ experience in Design/Build, Total Turnkey Cleanroom Construction encompassing over 300 projects, in more than 15 countries and totalling over six million square feet of highly specialized cleanroom environments for various life sciences, advanced technologies, and emerging industries.
